Real Teff Enjera From Tobia Teff



Real Teff Enjera (sometimes called injera) made by Tobia Teff is made from pure teff flour, provides the ultimate dining experiance when combined with traditional Ethiopian cuisine. The dough, made by fermenting the teff flour, is baked over a metad (a flat earthenware hotplate) and allowed to cool. It can be stored in a fridge and heated in a microwave when required (see recipe page)



Traditionaly, it is used to scoop up the delicious food in place of cuttlery and the slight sour taste is an excellent acompliment to the vast varity of tasty Ethiopian dishes.
